Get your sweat on with this playful take on the classic hot yoga series. The heat is turned up (40 degrees!) for this Friday lunchtime favourite - perfect time to squeeze in a practice ready for the weekend!

6-7PM | BEGINNER YOGA | WHITESPACE

Calling all newbies! Get started with your yoga practice here - absolutely no experience necessary. Friendly, fun class open to complete beginners or anyone returning to yoga after a break.

7.15-8.15PM | ROCKET YOGA | WHITESPACE

Rocket is a dynamic and playful practice that builds total-body strength, flexibility and mobility, through a flowing sequence. A deep movement-to-breath connection will energise your practice and ensure that this fast-paced flow acts is as much of a work in as workout!

Some yoga experience needed. Not suitable for pregnancy or post-natal prior to midwife sign off.

8.15-9.15PM | THE ART OF REST (RESTORATIVE) | WHITESPACE

A chance to drop into stillness, to renew and restore. Take a mid-week break and enjoy 60 minutes on the mat to re-set. A restful class with bolsters, blankets and props to give body and mind a break. Great for busy weeks or help you wind down for better sleep.
