Private 1-1 yoga sessions are a great way to help you work across specific skills, build a complementary training programme or learn new techniques in a focused, but fun environment.
Private sessions are usually grounded in a flow practice designed to support your personal goals (i.e building upper body strength for inversions or opening hips for runners and cyclists), but, unlike a regular class, we can break away from our sequence to work in a focused manner on particular poses or balances with drills, work against or a wall, or hands-on assists.
Private 1-1 sessions are usually 1 hour (although 90-minute sessions are occasionally available) and students always leave with homework ahead of the next session, so we can make sure you’re getting the most out of our time together.
Sessions usually take place at Place Eight Wellness in Swanbourne, a dedicated wellness clinic, but other locations and online sessions are also available.
