Handstand Immersion Course

This January I’m launching a 5-week intensive course to take your handstands to the next level and develop the confidence, technique and strength you need for a consistent handstand hold. The course will include 5 x 60-min weekly sessions.

Weekly sessions to include:

  • Handstand and gymnastic specific warm-ups and drill circuits

  • Confidence building: how to fall safely, headstands, forearm balancing

  • Developing a straight-line hold, via wall and partner work

  • Intro to handstand entries - kick up, tuck up

  • Intro to handstand shapes - tuck, straddle, diamond

  • Free-play time (great if you don't have much space at home)

  • In-person coaching and real-time feedback

  • And, most importantly, homework!
